As Chairperson of NaMo Alchemy Pvt. Ltd., Kavita stands as the decisive authority guiding the company’s vision, strategy, and operations. With more than 2 decades of experience in project contracting, evaluations, financial oversight, and team management, she has consistently delivered results through coordinated and successful team efforts. In all associations with clients, firms, and external agencies, Kavita ensures alignment, accountability, and sustainable growth, establishing herself as the driving force behind the company’s direction.
Alongside her leadership role, Kavita brings a strong foundation in chemistry and technical excellence. Her expertise spans research & development, design of experiments, data analysis, and documentation, which ensures that every solution NaMo Alchemy delivers is backed by scientific rigor and practical validation. This unique combination of strategic authority and technical insight allows her to seamlessly bridge business execution with scientific depth, guiding both the company and its clients toward growth with clarity, confidence, and credibility.
Mr. Narendra Patil
Managing Director
As Managing Director of NaMo Alchemy Pvt. Ltd., Narendra leads with a clear focus on providing practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions for our clients. With a strong foundation in Chemical Engineering from ICT Mumbai, he brings dynamic technical expertise coupled with the ability to translate it into real-world business outcomes.
His core strengths lie in problem identification, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving, ensuring that client challenges are addressed at the root. With hands-on experience in formulations, Technology Transfer, process optimization and debottlenecking, he provides clients with solutions that maximize efficiency and minimize costs. His proficiency extends to advanced process modelling, equipment design and techno-economic analysis, giving industries clear direction on both technical and financial viability
Narendra also brings allied skills such as capacity planning, operational strategy and execution which allow him to manage projects with a balance of precision, accuracy, and foresight. Seamlessly integrating technical innovation with practical commercial insight, Narendra ensures projects deliver optimal results and profitability for clients.
